A beautiful Lake Superior Pendant with a sterling silver bail. The pendant was handmade in our workshop. Lake Superior Agate is a type of agate stained by iron ore and found on the shores of Lake Superior and is estimated to be one of the oldest agates in the world. It can be used for jewelry and is rare and sought after by collectors. Agate hunters will search all day for this prized possession and come up empty. Lake Superior Agate is usually red to orange to yellow in color. They can also be found in other colors.
