An outstanding petrified wood display piece cut and polished in our workshop. The colors are shades of brown to tan. Petrified wood is the result of giant floods and volcanic activity. The plant life is buried deep in the ground and is deprived of oxygen. Over many years the material is replaced by the minerals in the soil and turns it to stone . Width. 3 1/2″. Height. 2 1/2″.
