Graveyard Point Plume Agate Slab

A great slab of Graveyard Point Plume Agate. This came from the a large chunk and was cut on my 20″ saw. This agate came from one of several claims on the Oregon Idaho boarder. Plume Agate is named for the feather like formations that developed in the agate itself. The color are black , tan, and white. It is also very transparent. This one would make a very nice display specimen or some fine cabochons. The dimensions are 4 1/2″ wide 3 3/4″ high 1/4″ thick. The weight is 7.6 oz. (A) Photo was taken in natural sunlight.
