Puddingstone Pendant wire wrapped in 925 Sterling Silver. We find our Michigan stones on the beaches of Lake Michigan and Lake Huron. They are cut, shaped and polished in our workshop. The colors are red and purple in a gray quartz matrix. Pudding Stone got its name when the British settlers occupied Drummond Island. They said it reminded them of a pudding that was popular in England. Puddingstone conglomerate is usually made up of Red Jasper, black chert and semi transparent quartzite. This is a great quality pendant with a beautiful pattern. Height 1 1/2″ Width 1″ (E7)
