Russian Charoite Pendant with a Sterling Silver leaf bail. Cut, shaped and polished in our Lapidary workshop. The colors are purple and lavender with swirls of creamy white. Charoite is reported to be discovered in the 1940’s, but really was not known to the world until 1978. Charoite was named after the Charo River in Siberia, Russia. When polished the colors are a transparent lavender to purple with a pearl like luster. Charoite is a rare material that makes very attractive pendants. This pendant is Handmade and designed to be one of a kind. Height 2″ Width 7/8″ (Y3)
