Boulder Opal Pendant Wire Wrapped in 925 Sterling Silver. Cut, shaped and polished in our workshop. The colors are lavender and violet colored opal set in a brown ironstone matrix. Both precious and common opal forms in veins and patches in the brown ironstone. These opals are very durable due to the ironstone backing on which the opal forms. Boulder Opal is found in the state of Queensland, Australia. Boulder, Koroit and Winton Opal are all incredibly beautiful. Absolutely dazzling in the sunlight. Height 1 1/2″. Width 7/8″. (OP2)
